Supplier Fitment Catalogs

Upload supplier fitment Excel once on master; tenant Live Chat matches SKUs to local products.

Overview

Fitment Excel files are stored on master under each nilfish.master.supplier → Fitment Catalogs. Tenants do not sync hundreds of thousands of rows. The AI chatbot queries master via the bridge and only shows shop products whose default_code matches a supplier SKU.

Field guide (hover ? on the supplier form)

  • Catalog Type — Fitment Excel for structured vehicle↔SKU rows (Live Chat). PDF types are reserved for a later RAG phase.
  • Import Profile — Maps this file’s headers to Nilfish fields. Headers need not match other suppliers (e.g. Duell’s Beand typo is accepted).
  • File — Upload the .xlsx on master only. Tenants never download it.
  • Version — Optional supplier version label (e.g. 2024-1).
  • Active — Inactive catalogs are excluded from search.

Workflow

  1. Open the master supplier → tab Fitment Catalogs.
  2. Add a catalog, choose Duell Fitment Excel (or another profile), upload the file.
  3. Click Import / Process, then optionally Test Search.
  4. On the tenant, ensure the bridge is configured and products share the same SKUs as default_code.
